Under the theme "AI Leading, Trust First," the event aimed to recognize exemplary brands that prioritize "trust" as the core of sustainable corporate development amidst the surging wave of AI innovation. Out of over a thousand corporate brands, 32 outstanding enterprises and individuals were ultimately selected. These winners demonstrated positive influence and set a high standard by utilizing trust to cultivate a reputable digital word-of-mouth environment.
In the individual award categories, STARLUX Airlines Chairman Kuo-wei Chang was honored with the "Annual Most Internet Highly-Acclaimed Influential Corporate Leader" award. Astrologer/YouTuber Jesse Tang and South Korean cheerleader Dahye Lee secured the "Annual Most Internet Leader Value YouTuber" and "Annual Most Internet Leader Value Cheerleader" awards, respectively. This year also saw the introduction of the "Annual Most Internet Highly-Acclaimed Influential Social Media Editor" award, which was claimed by FamilyMart.
The selection process for "Dailyview Best Reviewed Online Awards 2025 involved utilizing international-level AI semantic analysis structures to crawl and analyze online articles from over a thousand corporate brands. By aggregating netizen discussion and sentiment, the analysis calculated brand internet metrics across various themes. Enterprises demonstrating outstanding word-of-mouth performance were awarded the two main prizes: the "Strategy Excellence Award" and the "Leading Innovation Award." Distinguished guests, including Taipei City Deputy Mayor Lee Sichuan, Taiwan Digital Trust Association Chairman Nicole Chan, NTU EMBA Executive Director Keng-Yu Ho, and BIG DATA Co., Ltd. CEO and DailyView Co-founder Staney Kim, served as presenters. In his address, Deputy Mayor Hammer Lee commended BIG DATA Co., Ltd.’s ability to provide "trends and public opinion" via its vast database, helping the government "stay close to the people" when implementing policies. He noted Taipei City's extensive application of AI in smart city initiatives but stressed that AI "must be smart and reliable," warning against erroneous decisions driven by unreliable AI information or misinformation. BIG DATA CEO Staney Kim observed that while AI is accelerating global change and driving corporate efficiency, "trust" has become the critical threshold for brand sustainability. He expressed hope that the ceremony would recognize brands that bravely embrace AI innovation, implement ESG actions, and maintain trust as their core driving force, as technological transformation can only be truly realized and sustained by embedding trust in governance.
Threads Becomes Critical Brand Battleground; AI-Driven Data
Governance and Cybersecurity Emerge as Key Focus
According to statistics from BIG DATA Co., Ltd.’s public opinion analysis software, KEYPO, the total annual growth rate of internet buzz volume across Taiwan reached 22% for the 2024–2025 period, reflecting both active public digital interaction and intensified brand competition. Notably, the emerging social platform Threads rapidly gained prominence in the first half of 2025, with Taiwanese users exhibiting the highest global interaction rate, establishing it as a new battleground for brands. Data shows that Threads leads all major platforms in post "comment counts" and "share counts," signaling a shift in brand management focus from exposure to the contest for "interaction value." AI is now a core tool for boosting corporate productivity, rather than merely a "new technology." Under the pressure for efficiency and sustainability, information trust poses the biggest stress test for brands. BIG DATA COO Wei Chiang shared the " Dailyview Best Reviewed Online Awards 2025 Insights Report," which revealed five major observations: the global economy is stable despite a slowdown, while Taiwan maintains industry resilience; AI continues to deepen, shifting corporate focus from application innovation to data, regulation, and talent governance; brand management is entering the "Trust Economy," making cybersecurity a core competency; amid low consumer confidence, the "Healing Economy" is an emotional outlet, with IPs like Pokémon, Chiikawa, and LABUBU fueling the fan economy; finally, sustainable governance is deepening, with AI data analysis driving ESG implementation. Overall, AI penetration and trust governance are the two most critical axes for 2025; companies balancing efficiency, integrity, and sustainability are set to excel in the new market competition.

Awards 2025; Experts Share AI-Era Trust Strategy
For the first time this year, a panel session was added, with BIG DATA Co., Ltd. collaborating with the Taiwan Digital Trust Association and Cathay Securities to offer in-depth, cross-industry perspectives. BIG DATA CBO Mark Wen stated that the most critical value of AI and data for enterprises is enhancing the "quality of decisions" and the "foundation of trust." To combat the difficulty of discerning information authenticity, the company launched its new anti-counterfeiting detection product, KEYTECTOR, which specializes in intelligent detection of counterfeiting, fraud, and misinformation to help safeguard consumer safety and brand trust. He affirmed that AI capability, usable data, and verifiable information sources pave the road to a trustworthy digital environment. Taiwan Digital Trust Association Chairman Nicole Chan added that technology governance "cannot be solved by law alone," necessitating ethical self-discipline among companies. She emphasized that joint attention to Responsible AI will foster a Trustworthy AI environment. The association is promoting a "Digital Trust Industry Map" to encourage corporate commitment to building a "trust-based environment," allowing society to safely enjoy the benefits of new technology. Cathay Securities Associate Vice President Yi-Kuang Huang, whose company won the award for the third consecutive year, shared that the core of their digitization strategy combines the "quantitative data" of customer transaction trajectories with the "qualitative voices" of real customer feedback. Using internet buzz volume and their VOC system, the company identified that young investors holding high-dividend ETFs often spend the dividends, reducing the compound interest effect, thus creating a demand for a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP). The company rapidly designed a new feature to automatically reinvest dividends, helping young investors achieve their financial goals through "long-term compounding."
