BIG DATA Co., Ltd., a Taiwanese data technology company, has received two honors at the 24th Golden Peak Award. Its public opinion analytics software, KEYPO Big Data Intelligence, was named one of the Top Ten Outstanding Products(十大傑出商品), while founder and chairman Staney Chin(金志丞) was recognized as one of the Top Ten Outstanding Entrepreneurial Role Models(十大傑出創業楷模).
The awards were jointly organized by the Outstanding Enterprise Managers Association(中華民國傑出企業管理人協會) and the Enterprise Management and Leadership Association, R.O.C. (中華民國企業經營領導協會), with guidance from the Taiwan Development & Research Academia of Economic & Technology (台灣經濟科技發展研究院). The awards recognized companies and business leaders for achievements in product and service innovation and business growth. Chairman of the the Outstanding Enterprise Managers Association, Chi Chun-chen(紀俊臣) presented the awards.
Staney said the two honors recognize the team's sustained commitment to data technology, product innovation, and customer service. As global demand for AI applications and data-driven decision-making grows, BIG DATA plans to strengthen its core technologies, expand its product portfolio, and accelerate its international expansion. The company aims to help more businesses turn data insights into better operational and strategic decisions. It has also identified an initial public offering (IPO) as its next major milestone and will continue strengthening corporate governance and its operational foundations to support international expansion and long-term growth.

KEYPO Earns Top Ten Outstanding Products Honor for Traditional Chinese AI Expertise and International Expansion
As conversations proliferate across social media, news sites, and other online platforms, organizations need timely insights into changing consumer needs, emerging brand risks, and market opportunities. KEYPO Big Data Intelligence brings together data from multiple online sources and combines semantic analysis, sentiment analysis, and data visualization. It helps brands, government agencies, and financial institutions monitor public opinion, identify potential crises, conduct market research, and evaluate marketing performance. Its core technology draws on BIG10, the company's proprietary, domain-specific language model designed for on-premises deployment. KEYPO also draws on a data collection of more than 6.5 billion records, with more than 200 billion units of Traditional Chinese data processed each month. These resources help it interpret local context and internet slang and identify consumer needs and brand risks in large volumes of online discussion.
KEYPO continues to develop KEYPO Agent to help users analyze data more efficiently. Users can ask questions in natural language, and the AI retrieves and analyzes relevant data before generating charts and reports with traceable source references. This reduces the time needed to collect and organize information manually. As consumers increasingly turn to generative AI for information, KEYPO has also introduced AI Listening. The feature tracks brand visibility in responses from tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, analyzes how brands are portrayed, and identifies the sources cited. Users can also compare their results with those of competitors. By extending brand monitoring to AI-generated answers, AI Listening helps companies develop their generative engine optimization (GEO) strategies.
To make its data and analytics more accessible through other tools, BIG DATA has launched KEYDATA MCP. Built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), it enables external AI tools and enterprise AI workflows to access KEYPO's public opinion data and analytics directly. In February 2026, KEYPO Big Data Intelligence also introduced a Japanese-language interface as part of its multilingual expansion. The interface supports the company's entry into Japan by making the platform easier for Japanese-speaking customers to use.

Driven by Market Needs, Staney Chin Is Named One of the Top Ten Outstanding Entrepreneurial Role Models
Staney’s career has evolved from customized products and services to data technology, guided by an emphasis on market needs. As online conversations became increasingly influential in shaping brand perceptions and social trends, he shifted his focus to data analytics. Through DailyView, a Taiwanese platform that publishes data-driven rankings and analysis, he used online data to examine social trends and public sentiment. He advocated measuring online discussion volume to understand online behavior and shifts in public opinion, presenting complex data through accessible rankings and analysis of key issues. KEYPO Big Data Intelligence subsequently brought these capabilities into organizations’ day-to-day monitoring and decision-making.
As BIG DATA grew, Staney led continued investment in Chinese-language semantic analysis and data quality. The company expanded its software subscriptions, professional analytics, and consulting services to address the needs of different industries. It has since extended its data and language model capabilities to enterprise knowledge management and technologies that help organizations assess authenticity and trust. Newer offerings include KEYLM, an enterprise-grade AI agent platform for accessing and using organizational knowledge, and KEYTECTOR, a service that helps businesses detect impersonation and counterfeiting. These products support knowledge use, brand risk management, and information verification.
Staney said product development must begin with an understanding of how customers work. Identifying information that is difficult to find and processes that consume excessive staff time helps reveal where technology can add value. BIG DATA will continue investing in language models and product development, integrating AI into enterprise workflows, and adapting its services to local languages and market needs as it expands internationally.
